Lifeline Southwark is an exciting new service offering drug and alcohol treatment and recovery support to adults across the borough of Southwark. We are looking for experienced, recovery focussed practitioners to contribute to the development and success of the service. The post-holder will offer key-working and case management to service users and will deliver psychosocial interventions and medically assisted recovery support. Individuals will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, committed and driven in order to meet the expectations of these challenging and rewarding roles.
