Lifeline’s exciting new integrated treatment service opened in the London Borough of Waltham Forest in August 2015. The service delivers the full range of treatment for drug and alcohol users, including pharmacological interventions, criminal justice interventions and recovery support. We are rapidly developing and committed to embedding our recovery focus in the local community. We are currently looking for an experienced, recovery coordinator to contribute to the development and success of the service.
This post sits within a large team, coordinating care for a number of individuals, including those on substitute medication. The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of care, including managing stabilization/detox alongside our clinical staff, delivering psychosocial interventions, engaging service users in recovery support and ensuring that they are able to sustain treatment gains. Recording up to date case notes and supporting the service to achieve its performance indicators is a key part of the role. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of drug and alcohol treatment interventions and associated issues, and have experience of carrying a varied caseload.
