Lifeline Project is a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, families and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. We build real and sustained change through responsive local services.

 

Lifeline Project delivers the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service within HMP Hull and HMP Humber. To support this service we are seeking a talented, experienced and passionate individual.

 

An opportunity has arisen to recruit a talented, enthusiastic, determined and resourceful Support Worker to work in this challenging field. To be successful in this role, you will have:

 

  • To offer support to the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service team with assessments, planning and group facilitation
  • To provide support to the clinical DARS team including witness to the dispensing of prescribed medication
  • To support with the promotion of health and wellbeing to service users
