Lifeline Project is a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, families and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. We build real and sustained change through responsive local services.
We have successfully secured funding through the Big Lottery to deliver an innovate health and fitness facility aimed at those with multiple barriers to accessing fitness which includes substance misuse issues.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a positive, determined and resourceful Fitness/Gym Instructor to deliver support/fitness and health/wellbeing activity to individuals accessing our service. You will be required to undertake day to day fitness activity with members alongside offering motivational support to address issues such as substance misuse and promote healthier lifestyle choices. Full training will be given.
You will need to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with an interest in the substance misuse field and committed to the principles of recovery and the organisations mission statement of reducing harm, promoting recovery and challenging inequalities.
