AREA TRAINERS – INTERNAL ONLY – Prison Based
Lifeline’s Prison based staff training packages have undergone a comprehensive review to support the development of our teams working across prison establishments. There are five mandatory training sessions and a varied menu of other packages to support and develop Lifeline staff.
To enable delivery of these training packages, we need to identify and train a number of enthusiastic and skilled area trainers who are working in a prison based role. This is a unique opportunity to develop new skills as well as to enhance and build upon your existing knowledge. You can use this exciting opportunity to advance your personal and professional development.
To be successful as an Area Trainer, you will have:
Please note that the role will be in addition to your existing role and will require travel across your regional area and you must be able to meet this requirement. You may also be required to deliver training across the Directorate on occasion. Area trainers will be required and supported to deliver the full range of training sessions
